1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4th cup confectioner’s sugar
2 teaspoons Manuka Honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a medium bowl, combine butter, confectioner’s sugar, Manuka Honey and cinnamon. Beat until light and fluffy and your spread is ready.
Manuka Honey has enormous anti-bacterial properties so try and avoid cooking it as heating would kill these anti-bacterial properties.
